AMLA — the EU AML authority ramps up
AMLA coordinates national supervisors, develops the RTS/ITS layer beneath the AMLR and will assume direct supervision of selected high-risk credit and financial institutions from 2028. Its consultations are the earliest signal of how the single rulebook will be applied in practice.
