E-KMC.EU is an advisory company focused on the governance, regulatory, risk and technology questions that arise when organisations transform, invest and scale. We work with decision-makers and specialist teams to clarify obligations, identify material risks, design practical operating arrangements and support implementation. Our work is evidence-based, proportionate to the organisation and explicit about the limits of each engagement.

The firm combines two disciplines under one roof: regulatory and governance practice — including MLRO-grade financial-crime work — and hands-on software engineering. We read the regulation and the codebase, which changes both the questions we ask and the solutions we design.

How we keep it honest

• Confidentiality by design. We do not publish client names or case details; anything you read here is generalised and approved.
• Explicit boundaries. Where a matter requires a statutory audit, a formal legal or tax opinion or a certified body, we say so and help you engage the right specialist.
• Sources on the table. Regulatory statements are dated, sourced and reviewed as the rules move.
• Languages and reach. We work in English, Polish and German, with an EU/Polish core and working perspective across UK, US and APAC regimes.
